      ความบังเอิญที่ถือเป็นโชคดีคือ Schuberth บริษัทผู้ผลิตหมวกกันน็อคของเยอรมนี ก็กำลังวางแผนการผลิตหมวกแบบแยกชิ้นด้วยเช่นเดียวกัน AVENTURO Mod ใหม่จึงถือกำเนิดขึ้นจากความร่วมมืออย่างใกล้ชิดระหว่างแผนกวิจัยพัฒนาของทั้งสองบริษัทในแมกเดบวร์กและนีเดอร์เอส์ชัค โดยการออกแบบและลวดลายกราฟิกนั้นเป็นผลงานของ บาร์ท แวนเดน โบการ์ด นักออกแบบของ Touratech นอกจากจะนำประสบการณ์อันยาวนานด้านมอเตอร์ไซค์ทัวร์ริ่งของบริษัทมาใช้แล้ว Touratech ยังมีส่วนร่วมผลิตชิ้นส่วนต่างๆ สำหรับหมวกรุ่นใหม่ใบนี้ร่วมกับ TT-3D ซึ่งเป็นศูนย์พัฒนาวัสดุพลาสติกของบริษัทในเมืองเมอร์เนา

     หมวก AVENTURO Mod ใช้โครงสร้างพื้นฐานเดียวกันกับ C3 Pro ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในหมวกแบบ Flip-Up ที่ดีที่สุดในปัจจุบัน แต่ว่ามีการปรับปรุงรายละเอียดของหมวกเพิ่มเติมในหลายๆ ส่วน โครงของหมวกผลิตจากชั้นไฟเบอร์ S.T.R.O.N.G. ซึ่งเป็นเทคโนโลยีที่ Schuberth พัฒนาขึ้นสำหรับสร้างพลาสติกเสริมความแข็งแรงด้วยใยแก้ว โดยนอกจากจะให้ความแข็งแรงสูงแล้ว ยังมีน้ำหนักเบาอีกด้วย



     นอกเหนือจากกระจกบังลมแบบป้องกันฝ้าและการบิดตัวตามมาตรฐาน “Class 1 Optics” ของยุโรป แว่นกันแดดแบบปรับตำแหน่งได้ตามต้องการ และผ้าบุ Coolmax ที่สามารถถอดออกมาซักได้แล้ว



     หมวก AVENTURO Mod ยังมีปีกหมวกออกแบบตามหลักแอโรไดนามิก (พร้อมแผ่นปิดให้มาในชุด) ที่สามารถติดตั้งได้อย่างสะดวกโดยไม่ต้องใช้   เครื่องมือ
     นอกจากนี้ ปีกหมวกยังมี “ฟังก์ชั่นจดจำตำแหน่ง” โดยเมื่อยกส่วนคางขึ้น ปีกหมวกจะยังคงจดจำตำแหน่งเดิมที่ตั้งเอาไว้ และ เมื่อปิดส่วนคางลง ปีกหมวกจะเลื่อนกลับเข้าตำแหน่งเดิมที่นักขี่ปรับตั้งไว้ได้อย่างน่าอัศจรรย์
     ช่องมองขนาดใหญ่ของหมวกช่วยให้นักขี่ สามารถใส่แว่นเอ็นดูโรได้อย่างสบาย รวมทั้งยังมีที่ยึดสายรัดแว่นไว้ให้อีกด้วย
     การออกแบบหมวกใบนี้ให้ความสำคัญเป็นพิเศษกับประสิทธิภาพในการการระบายความร้อนภายในหมวก ซึ่งทำผ่านทางช่องอากาศเข้าขนาดใหญ่และประสิทธิภาพการระบายอากาศที่มีการปรับปรุงให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
