   ดังกล่าว Touratech จึงได้มอบหมายให้ Schultze & Braun เป็นที่ปรึกษา และปรับโครงสร้างทางการเงินของบริษัท เพื่อให้รองรับการเติบโตของธุรกิจ ดังกล่าว

- Touratech ภายใต้การให้คำปรึกษาของ Schultze & Braun  จึงได้นำเอา German bankruptcy rules มาใช้เพื่อปรับโครงสร้างสินทรัพย์ และหนี้สินของธุรกิจ 

    เพื่อให้บริษัทมีพื้นฐานทางการเงินที่มั่นคง ยั่งยืนในอนาคต 

   อีกทั้งยังช่วยให้มีความสามารถอย่างเพียงพอ ที่จะผลิตอุปกรณ์รถมอเตอร์ไซด์ และ อุปกรณ์เสริมสมรรถนะที่เกี่ยวกับการเดินทาง 

  ให้เป็นไปอย่างต่อเนื่อง มีเสถียรภาพ ยั่งยืน และยังตอบสนองต่อตามความต้องการของตลาดในอนาคต ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

- ทั้งนี้ การปรับโครงสร้างดังกล่าว มิได้มีผลกระทบในทางลบต่อกระบวนการผลิต หรือ การพัฒนา/วิจัย/ทดสอบ ผลิตภัณฑ์ ของ Touratech 

    และ Touratech ยังคงดำเนินธุรกิจอย่างต่อเนื่องต่อไป โดยไม่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง แต่อย่างใด

  - และไม่ว่าคุณ จะเตรียมการเดินทางช่วงวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์ หรือ การเดินทางรอบโลก
 

   Touratech ก็ยังคงมุ่งมั่นต่อเนื่อง ที่จะเป็นแหล่งรวมที่ขาดไม่ได้สำหรับอุปกรณ์การเดินทางคุณภาพสูง

Restructuring begins at Touratech AG, THAI operations to continue as normal

The fast growth in the adventure motorcycle segment and the company’s expansion to meet this demand has resulted in the need for a re-organization to ensure a healthy future.

Under the advisement of Schultze & Braun, Touratech AG will be using the German bankruptcy rules to re-organize the assets and liabilities of the business to provide a stable foundation that will allow the company to continue serving the parts and accessories segment of adventure touring motorcycle market. 

Touratech -Thailand, the Thai importer, is an independently owned Thai company and is in good financial condition and will not be impacted by the restructuring in Germany. Parts production at Touratech-AG continues uninterrupted. 

Over the last three decades, Touratech has become the leading brand in adventure motorcycling with a catalog featuring thousands of products which are available in nearly 100 counties. The company is well known for its quality products, innovative ideas and travel inspiration.
